2. Service Description
CallSign provides access to New Zealand Sign Language (NZSL) interpreters for on-demand interpreting. Currently, the service is available during business hours. We aim to expand availability in the future.

3. User Registration
You must register an account to use CallSign. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.

4. Billing & Payment
The app is free to download. Interpreting services are billed according to your usage. Payment must be made in full as per the rates shown in the app.

5. User Conduct
You agree to use the app responsibly. Do not harass interpreters, misuse the service, or violate any laws while using CallSign.

6. Privacy & Security
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We take privacy and confidentiality seriously.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
We provide the app “as is” and cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. CallSign is not responsible for delays or service issues beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability
CallSign is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Modifications
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be notified via the app when changes occur.
